Hermann Communications was founded by Mindy Hermann, a marketing consultant and registered dietitian, as a division of The Hermann Group Inc. (established in 1988).  Hermann Communications develops content for corporate communications and public relations campaigns, with a specialty in positioning food and nutrition messages for consumers and health professionals.  

That's not all -- through her ability to translate industry lingo into consumer language, Mindy Hermann has developed effective marketing support and public relations materials for non-food goods and services, with a concentration in real estate brokerages, construction companies, and developers. 
 
Mindy has published hundreds of articles in major women's, health, fitness, and parenting publications and websites. She was the nutrition editor for Child magazine from 1992 to 2000. She co-authored several books, including Readers Digest's Change One (2003) and the award-winning American Medical Association Family Health Cookbook (1998). Mindy has been a spokesperson for numerous organizations and companies, including the American Dietetic Association, the Wheat Foods Council, and Sunkist.

Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master's in Business Administration in Marketing from New York University.  She is a registered dietitian (R.D.).
